Connect to Nolo's FTP server by entering ftp.nolodigitalfilm.com for the host, and the username and password provided to you by Nolo

Use the two windows on the left side to navigate to your files or the folder you want to

download to on your computer

Use the right two windows to navigate through Nolo's FTP

Drag and drop your files to the desired location
